I began working part-time as an arts educator in 2004 at The Robert McLaughlin Gallery. From there I went on to teach at other galleries, community centres, retirement homes, elementary schools. I have enjoyed extensive personal growth and joy within my role as an arts educator. My role as a post-secondary arts educator began at Durham College in 2011 and continues to this day.

Community Collaborative Partnership and Project Building (2015 - Present) 

Working with the community outside of arts education duties within the classroom setting at Durham College. Serving as Liaison, building partnerships for future creative community projects in partnership with Durham College. Community partners include: Child Youth and Family Program Lakeridge Health, Gallery 67, Oshawa Senior Citizen Centres, The LivingRoom Community Art Studio, Oshawa Museum, City Hall Oshawa.
